4.5 lb Midwest Wheat Malt
4 lb American 2-row
1oz Cascade hops (50 min)
1oz Fuggle hops (2 min)
Zest of 1 lemon (0 min)
WYeast 1010 (American Wheat)
Mash for 60 mins at 150° F
Mash for 10 mins at 165° F
Sparge at 170° F
Boil for 60 mins adding hops as instructed above.
Add lemon zest at end of boil and let sit for 10 minutes.
Cool wort and transfer to fermentation vessel.
Primary until fermentation is complete, then transfer to bottles/keg and allow to carbonate.
