1 oz Chinook (11.8%) leaf
1 oz East Kent Goldings (4.5%) leaf
1 oz Willamette (4.8%) leaf
1 tsp Irish Moss
WYeast 1056 (American Ale)

 

 

 

 

 

 

  • Mash 4 gallons at 150 (161 strike for me) for 75 minutes
  • Sparge with 4 gallons at 170
  • Run off 6.5 gallons in the kettle
  • Boil 90 minutes
  • Add Chinook with 60 minutes left
  • Add Goldings and Irish Moss with 15 minutes left
  • Add Willamette with 5 minutes left
  • Primary 1 week
  • Secondary 1 week
